The Press Seva Portal includes a configured process for registration of news magazines and newspapers, transparent empanelment media planning and e-billing system, integrated hub for government videos, and national register for LCOs.

Speaking on the occasion, Anurag Thakur viewed India as an attractive destination for investment, especially for global companies looking to set up business. He noted the transformative governance and economic reforms driven by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said that this has significantly improved the way of doing business in India. He mentioned that this has led to increased investment for both existing businesses and new entrepreneurs.
